Project Description

The new building will provide a new regional cancer service to the West of Scotland. It will provide 22,500msq floor area, giving 173 in-patient beds for oncology, haemato-oncology, bone marrow transplant & tracy therapy, 45 day-case spaces for chemotherapy, 7 linear accelerator chambers, CT & MRI imaging, clinical research & Support departments.

The project is publicly funded with additional input to be received from several charitable organisations namely, Friends of the Beatson, Teenage Cancer Trust & Macmillan Cancer
