Centenary Celebrations
100 Years of Architecture
At the end of October Boswell, Mitchell & Johnston celebrated our centenary year with a special civic reception in the Grand Ballroom at Glasgow City Chambers.
Over 100 staff, clients, former staff and friends of BMJ turned out for an evening hosted by Bailie Leonard of Glasgow City Council to honour our contribution to Glasgow’s built environment over the last 100 years.
The evening continued with a party at the Corinthian in Ingram Street, Glasgow, where we were joined by distinguished guests including Robin Johnston, the son of our original partner, Ninian Johnston.
At the start of November our London studio held a further celebration at the Royal Festival Hall, with almost 100 guests in attendance.
A great time was had at both events and we would like to thank everyone who attended and made our centenary such a memorable occasion.
