As part of the Midlothian Council Framework BMJ has been commissioned to design a replacement to the existing Dalkeith Community Centre.
Set in the heart of the community this facility will provide much needed space for community groups and the young people of Dalkeith to meet and effectively engage.
The new facility will include a variety of accommodation including art rooms, computer suites, a gym and soft play areas.
A main feature of our proposed concepts is a glazed secure open internal courtyard that has been designed give the facility a bright and expansive feel throughout.
