Approach
Aberdeen Science and Energy Park lies to the North of the City of Aberdeen and was chosen by Scottish Enterprise as the site for the new EDC in order to boost research and innovation in the energy sector and help to secure the future of the north-east Scotland economy.The EDC comprises of 4 blocks that house 27 individual high quality business units developed in response to demand within the energy sector for flexible accommodation.
Each unit accommodates tenants with a variety of needs in terms of office space and workshop/laboratory space and feature a flexible building design to allow for future change.
