The new Health Science New Build at Queens University Belfast houses accommodation across 5 levels in two separate blocks.

Two accommodation blocks are tied together by an internal street and both mirror and continue the rhythm of the urban fabric to the south of the site.

The internal street acts as the primary focus and social hub of the building and its orientation allows for future expansion and integration within the campus.

The new build accommodates administration and teaching facilities and this flexible accommodation was designed to facilitate the potential and subsequent inclusion of laboratory accommodation.

Cellular and open plan office accommodation was designed to attract the highest calibre of staff and encourage world-class teaching.
