Principal Designer / Senior Technologist

Jason joined BMJ in 2008 and has over 21-years’ experience as a technologist. Jason has gained extensive experience working with consortiums, trusts, consultants and user groups covering a range of disciplines from design development through to user meetings and on-site coordination.

Jason has worked on projects ranging from small-scale extensions to masterplanning new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £400m; many involving complex briefs requiring phasing and a thorough understanding of the Clients’ operational needs. He has an extensive technical knowledge base of both hospital operations and construction.

He has been involved in a range of Science and Healthcare projects including laboratory projects for ICL over 5 years including within the Commonwealth, ICTEM, Burlington Danes buildings on the Hammersmith Campus. He supervised construction on the Guy’s Tower CRF/BRC and is currently lead technical advisor to UCLH on the new £110m Cancer Building. Jason is a qualified Principal Designer.
