Sonia leads business operations, strengthen client relationships, set strategic objectives, and drives innovation — all while nurturing the collaborative studio culture that defines BMJ.

Her leadership is rooted in our shared commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable architecture. Sonia focuses on our clients’ needs and leads our talented teams in exceeding their expectations.

Sonia is an experienced Lead Consultant, Design Team Leader, Project Architect with specialist experience in Research Laboratory Projects, Hospitals and Education.

When not at her desk,  Sonia can be found walking her dog, wild / pool swimming and adventure holidays traveling the world with her family .
